How To Fix The Three Most Common Hitting Mistakes

Young baseball players typically exhibit three examples of poor hitting form. Fortunately, these mistakes can be corrected through practice. The first mistake, overstride, is corrected by moving the front foot no further than the length of the bat. The second mistake, lunging, is corrected by leading with one’s lower body. The third mistake, rolling wrists, is corrected by keeping one’s balance over both feet.
