Rotational Mechanics?

Rotational mechanics refers to an area of teaching related to baseball hitting. There are many different definitions of what rotational mechanics is, and all are for the most part correct. The author defines rotational mechanics by several main points: weight transfer, hips before hands, swing through the ball, meet the ball at a 90 degree angle, and finally push through the ball. There are many smaller motions involved with each of these, but the basic premise of rotational mechanics revolves around these points.
