When taking a look at baseball hitters there are several coaching flaws that can result in poor performance. The first is poor weight transfer. Unfortunately, there are many players that balance their weight evenly between both front and back which results in limited power and explosiveness. Next is poor leveling or not keeping the bat even with the ground. Finally, throwing the hands. This is when the front arm extends and the wrists roll through the contact point. By eliminating these mistakes hitters have a much better chance for solid contact each and every time.
